Refund Policy

Refund and Return Policy

At Green And Savvy, we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

 

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. Below are the details of our refund and return policy for our coaching programs and retreats.

 

Refund Policy for Coaching Programs which includes (6-Week Hormone Optimization Program, 8-Week Restore Your Gut Health Program, VIP Intensive, and The Reboot Women's Health Program):

 

All coaching programs are paid for upfront before the agreed upon start date.


Cancellation: If you need to cancel your VIP Intensive session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund minus a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours, will receive a 25% refund.


Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 20% rescheduling fee, and must be paid 24 hours before the time scheduled for the session.


No Show: No shows without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Six-Week Hormone Optimization Program & 8-Week Restore Your Gut Health
Cancellation: As this is a digital product/program, there will be no refunds issued. All bonus coaching sessions will still be scheduled, should you decide to show up.


Withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw from the program after it has started, there will be no refunds, as the program materials would have already been delivered to you via email.

Other Coaching Programs
Cancellation: For all other coaching programs, cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

 

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund.


Withdrawal: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 14 days of the start of the program.

Refund Policy for Retreats:

'Unboxed: The Release Retreat' in Barbados


Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

 

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.

 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date.


Transfer: You may transfer your retreat registration to another person up to 30 days before the retreat start date at no additional cost. Transfers made less than 30 days before the retreat start date will incur a 10% transfer fee.


No Show: No shows without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

Additional Information:

Force Majeure: In the event that a program or retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions), clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.


Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.
