To cancel or reschedule bookings please give 24 hour notice by email, call or text. No shows are NOT tolerated as this will affect the functionality of my business and affect other customers who would like to have my services. Make every attempt to be early for your appointment as there may be another client booked after you. In this event, you will receive the time allocated to you, if not you will receive your full time.
