Hi! I'm Shanelle

I have suffered a myriad of health-related issues with gut and hormone imbalances. I often had intense bloating, trapped gas, GERD/acid reflux, indigestion and a diagnosis of PCOS and fibroids. Through lifestyle changes I have overcome these issues and have been able to bring a level of balance to my hormones and gut.

As a certified Health & Wellness Coach, I understand the anxiety and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, support, tools, and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures and feelings.

In our minds, we can compare it to:

AM I LIMITED TO VEGETABLES AND SALADS?

No! A common misconception about eating clean or vegetarian is you have limited options. It's simply untrue. There are plenty of meat substitutes that provide an incredible amount of protein. They’re filling, fibrous, and easy for your body to process. Trust me. You’ll be eating a lot more than juices and fruit salads. PLUS –– you get TWO recipe guides… with meat or without. Your program, your choice! 

WILL THIS HARM ME IF I AM PREGNANT? WHAT IF I’M BREASTFEEDING?

You’ll never feel pressured to take supplements or unnatural substances that would disrupt your body. This is simply a switch to more organic, healthy foods! Instead of what you've been eating before, you will want to drink more fluids and eat a bit more protein than usual. Otherwise, you’ll be perfectly fine. 

CAN I DO THIS IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

This is where I highly recommend sharing the meal plans with your physician before starting. You can adjust the meals to accommodate your health needs. While in this program, you'll eat mostly whole foods, but I still advise you to consult your physician before beginning this or any program.

"My main goal when starting The Hormone Detox Program was to get my hormones under control as I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). With the array of symptoms that presents itself with this condition I had to do something as many times the anxiety, brain fog and weight gain had me very miserable.
